Srikanth grew up in Secunderabad surrounded by family who, one by one, moved abroad. The calls home were always warm and always ended on the same small ache. A cousin in New Jersey who could not find the right pickle. Another in Melbourne trying to get a wedding saree across an ocean before the date. Someone in London asking whether anyone was visiting soon, because there was a list.
The answer was always the same workaround. Wait for a relative to travel, beg a corner of their suitcase, hope it fits. For something as ordinary as a jar of podi or a set of return gifts, that is an absurd amount of effort.

Usually the same day. Message us on WhatsApp with your name and the country you are in, and we send your address back along with instructions on how to use it at checkout. There is no charge and no subscription.
You are charged on the chargeable weight, which is whichever is greater: the actual weight of the parcel, or its volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is length times width times height in centimetres, divided by 5000. A light but bulky parcel is priced on its size, not its weight.
Possibly. Our shipping price covers moving the parcel from our warehouse to your address. Any duty, VAT, GST or clearance charge applied by your own country is separate and is paid by you as the receiver. Each country has its own threshold below which nothing is charged, and we will tell you where yours sits before you ship.
Yes, and it is free. Send as many separate orders to your address as you like. We hold them for up to 30 days at no cost, then pack everything into a single parcel so you pay one shipping charge instead of one per seller. For most customers this is the single biggest saving.
Send us the link or a description of what you want and we buy it for you. There is no charge for the service. You pay what the item itself costs and nothing more. This also covers small local shops and boutiques that have no website at all.
Standard courier restrictions apply: no liquids above the carrier limit, no aerosols, no batteries shipped loose, no perishable fresh food, no currency, no restricted seeds or plant material. Some destinations add their own rules, particularly on food and wooden items. Check with us before you buy anything you are unsure about and we will confirm in writing.
