The seller will not ship abroad
Most Indian retailers only deliver inside India. With an Indian address you are an ordinary domestic customer, and the question never comes up.
Four steps between an Indian checkout page and a box on your doorstep. You do the shopping. We handle everything that happens after the seller hands the parcel over.
You get a free Indian address in your name. Shop any Indian store and have your orders delivered there. We receive them, check each item, photograph it, combine everything into one box, handle the export paperwork and ship it to your home. Most parcels arrive in five to seven business days.
Nothing here needs a phone call, a form, or a relative with spare suitcase space.
Message us with your name and the country you live in. We set up a personal Indian delivery address and send it across, usually the same day. It costs nothing and there is nothing to subscribe to.
Buy from Amazon India, Myntra, Flipkart, Tanishq, a neighbourhood boutique, anywhere at all. Enter your Parcel From India address at checkout exactly as we give it to you.
Every item is inspected and photographed on arrival. We combine your separate orders into a single parcel, repack it for the flight and complete the export documentation.
We hand the parcel to DHL, UPS or FedEx and send you the tracking number. Most deliveries take five to seven business days from dispatch.
Anybody can put a box on a plane. The reason shipping from India defeats most people is the fifteen small obstacles on either side of that flight, and every one of them is enough to stop a parcel completely.
Indian retailers mostly refuse foreign cards and foreign addresses. Sellers who do ship abroad charge per order, so five orders means five shipping fees. The export documentation wants an accurate description, a value, and an HS code for every item in the box, and getting one wrong means the parcel sits in a customs shed until somebody sorts it out. Retail packaging that is fine for a courier van in Hyderabad will not survive being stacked in a cargo hold.
Each of those is solvable. Solving all of them, from another time zone, for one parcel, is not worth your evening. That is the actual service.
If you have tried to get something out of India before, at least one of these will be familiar.

Ship each order separately and you pay international freight five times for the same journey. We hold them and send one box.
A vague description or a wrong HS code is how a parcel ends up held at destination. We complete the documentation properly, every time.
Ordering from eight thousand kilometres away is an act of faith. We photograph every item so you see it before it flies.
Indicative, and the only stage with real variance is how long you take to finish shopping.
| Stage | Typical time | What is happening |
|---|---|---|
| Address issued | Same day | We set up your address and send it with instructions for using it at checkout. |
| Orders arriving | You decide | Your parcels arrive at our warehouse. We log and photograph each one. |
| Consolidation and packing | 1 business day | Once you confirm, we combine, repack, weigh and measure. |
| Export documentation | Same day | Commercial invoice, declarations and HS codes completed and filed. |
| In transit | 4 to 8 business days | Carrier network. Varies by destination country and service. |
| Customs at destination | 0 to 3 business days | Usually clears without you doing anything. Duty, if any, is payable by you. |
Transit times are carrier estimates and exclude customs delays, remote area deliveries and public holidays at either end.
No. The address, the receiving, the inspection, the consolidation, the repacking and the first thirty days of storage are all free. The only thing you pay for is the shipping itself, plus any optional extra you specifically ask for. There is no membership, no subscription and no monthly fee.
As many as you like. Most customers send between three and ten before asking us to ship. There is no cap. The only practical limit is the thirty day free storage window, and even that is extendable at one hundred rupees a day if you need longer.
Message us on WhatsApp. We send you a summary of everything we are holding, the combined weight, the dimensions and the price to your country. Nothing leaves the warehouse until you confirm.
Yes, as long as the parcel has not been handed to the carrier. Tell us and we will hold it. Once a parcel has an air waybill and has left our warehouse it cannot be reopened, so it is worth checking your orders have all arrived before you confirm.
We log every parcel that comes in against your name, so you can see exactly what we have. If something you ordered has not reached us, that is a matter between you and the seller, and we will give you the delivery evidence we hold to support your case with them.
Yes. Family or a shop can hand a parcel in at the warehouse directly, or we can arrange a pickup from an address inside India for a fee starting at four hundred and ninety nine rupees.
It takes one message, it costs nothing, and you can start shopping the same day.
